Nokia 5800 XpressMusic on Thursday?
Even though this phone might look a bit better on the paper than the iPhone, I would really be surprised if it can compete with the Jesus phone at all. Rumour says that it will be unveiled on Thursday. I’ll let you know then…

Creative Japanese barcodes
This kind of creative barcode design is completely new to me, but apparently it’s quite common in Asia – or at least Japan. Here’s a full gallery of some unusual product barcodes. Please comment if you have seen similar designs in your country (or if you are missing out on them as well).

The iPod touch is tough!
This iPod touch got ran over by a big pickup truck, and it’s not as shiny as when the owner unboxed it – but at least it works! Every single pixel on the screen is functional. Impressive.
3D camera from Fujifilm
At least something innovative is released on the, currently quite boring, camera market. This little beast from Fujifilm features two lenses and is capable of capturing stereoscopic images. Neat! Too bad you have to wait until next year to get it though, but at that time Fujifilm promises that the camera will capture high definition video as well.

The sound chaser
This product is quite useless since the sound it produces is really annoying, but I love the idea. Designer Yuri Suzuki has spliced a vinyl LP into small tracks and created a small little gadget called the ‘sound chaser‘ that basically runs around the track and (kind of) plays whatever is on the original LP.

50 innovations in package design
I’m really into interesting, beautiful and unusual package design, so I really liked this little compilation featuring 50 innovations in package design. The one above is an anti-theft bag for your lunch sandwich. Nice. 49 more to check out over at trendhunter.com:

A few Firefox 3 tips
I just stumbled across this nice compilation of tips & tricks for Firefox 3 users, and as some of the tips was quite useful (like ctrl+clicking and duplicating an already open tab) I thought that I would share it with you guys.

Weird clock designs
I guess you have seen some of them before (at least I have seen almost all of them before) but the compilation is unique. Simply a bunch of really cool and weird wall clocks. And yay! Welcome back! =)
