The ZvBox is a brand new product from a new startup called ZeeVee. Basically it is a device that turns your computer content into a digital-cable signal that can be distributed through your existing antenna at home and make it possible to view the computer content on other HDTV screens in your home. The main problem with this device is that the HDTV need to be ready for digital-cable to make it work as planned. Along with the device you will get a wireless keyboard and a remote. The system is capable of showing content up to 1080i (not 1080p). Full press release inside.

Tags: commercial, VideoAccording to this post over at Fortune/CNN, AT&T is planning to cut the price of the upcoming iPhone model to $199 - that is if you sign a two-year contract so the deal might sound better than it actually is. The article also tells us that the a new model will debut on June 27, that it will be 2.5 mm thinner than the first one and that it will come with a new GPS chip.

Tags: Apple, AT&T, iphone, MobileIn case you have been sleeping for a week, one of the most awaited games ever got released just the other day - Grand Theft Auto IV - and now the hunt is on to find the biggest easter eggs hidden inside the game. One of the most weird ones so far is the chained, beating heart that can be found inside the Statue of Happiness. Have you played it? Personally I am staying away from it since I don’t have the time to get stuck inside a game at this point…

It looks like something made in Russia in the 1970s but got an awesome review:
Back in the real world, we’re left with a pocket camera that is a veritable pleasure to use and which delivers excellent photos at slower ISO speeds. If you want the ultimate image quality, then you should clearly choose the Sigma DP1, despite its short-comings. If you want a more well-rounded and versatile 28mm camera, then the Ricoh is still a fantastic choice for the serious photographer.
So if you are looking for a new small pocket camera this one might be worth checking out.

I bought the domain Fosfor.com earlier this year and it is kind of stupid not making it come to some real use, so therefore I am switching to the new domain today. Hopefully the switch will be seamless (according to Feedburner you can use the same RSS as before) - but if you experience any trouble with the new feed, please let me know!
And if it works, please leave a comment and tell me that everything is ok…
Tags: feedToday I got one of the latest phones from Nokia in the mail and I just wanted to share the unboxing experience with you guys. The 7900 Crystal Prism is designed by the French artist Frédérique Daubal and I am not sure why I got one since it is a fashion phone for women, but anyway here is the gallery.
Tags: Mobile, Nokia 7900 Crystal Prism, UnboxingI was never a fan of the hyped Nokia N95, but at least the upcoming Nokia N96 looks a bit nicer. It is basically the same phone in a new package and some small upgrades here and there. I am a bit disappointed that they still have that low resolution screen only capable of displaying 320×240 though - but other than that you will get DVB-H television (available in Asia and some European countries), 16 GB of internal memory, GPS, 5 megapixel camera with great video capabilities and radio. Lots of photos and full technical specifications inside.
Tags: Mobile, n96, nokiaThe next couple of days there is a big trade show in Barecelona called 3GSM focusing on the next generation of mobile phones and related technology. Tonight Sony Ericsson held a big press event where they showed a bunch of new phones including their upcoming flag ship model Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1.
It is a direct competitor to Apple’s iPhone and it’s actually a better phone if you just compare the tech specs: turbo 3G, 3.2 megapixel camera, QWERTY keyboard and touch sensitive screen and radio. It’s a very exciting model and we have published some info and pictures and video after the link.
