GPS receiver built into a SIM card

GPS receiver built into a SIM card

It actually sounds a bit too good to be true but Sagem is a trustworthy company and the invention was actually announced sometime last year. Today they announced that they have managed to embed a whole GPS receiver into a traditional SIM card which would make it possible to bring GPS functionality into any phone.

ifun - Control games with your iPhone

I haven’t tried it yet so I don’t know if it’s any good but it’s at least a pretty good idea. Since the iPhone features pretty advanced accelerometer technology, SGN has created a bunch of games that is played on your computer but where you use your iPhone to control the actual game.

Make bowls not war

This got to be one of the coolest home made designs I have seen in a while. It is a bowl made out of plastic war model soldiers. The bowl is designed by the UK designer Dominic Wilcox.

Casa Di ear pieces

If you would force me to guess the price of the earphones above I would most probably guess that they would cost $29 or something similar - but that is far from the truth. The Casa Di ear pieces is coated with 18 carat gold and 118 diamonds and the price tag reads $5200(!). Crazy.
