Renewable clothing

Here is a nice solution if you want a dress that changes it’s look from time to time. Just place colored felt-tip pens in the small pockets and the color will bleed into the fabric. When you wash it, the color will disappear and you are good to go again. Neat and simple idea.

That has to be the most resource-demanding “renewable” concept ever.

Tiny, why do you think that is the case? I mean you need to wash the dress anyway? Or do you mean that the filt tip pens might be expensive?

  4. Tiny Turtle says:

I mean that buying (and depleting) fifty (or so) felt-tip pens every time you washed your dress is a serious waste of resources.

What does a felt-tip cost anyway? 20 SEK? Well, that’s a cool thousand just to wash your dress…

I’m pretty sure that the pens last a few colorings, but I get your point… =)
