According to this post over at Fortune/CNN, AT&T is planning to cut the price of the upcoming iPhone model to $199 - that is if you sign a two-year contract so the deal might sound better than it actually is. The article also tells us that the a new model will debut on June 27, that it will be 2.5 mm thinner than the first one and that it will come with a new GPS chip.
