Frash – Flash on jailbreaked iPad
Frash is a new software from the wiz kid behind ‘Spirit (untethered jailbreak for iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch). It’s basically a a port of Adobe Flash for Android that can be run on a jailbreaked iPad. Check the video above to see it in action.
Frash is a port of the Adobe Flash runtime for Android to the iPhone, using a compatibility layer, by comex ( http://twitter.com/comex ). Frash can currently run most Flash programs natively in the MobileSafari browser. Frash currently only runs on the iPad, but support for other devices (3GS+ only due to technical restrictions) is planned, as well as support for iOS 4.

As you know the iPhone 4 is using the smaller ‘micro sim’ card and at least in Sweden it’s currently hard to get hold of these as iPhone (and iPad) are some of the first units that only can be used with the micro sim. Sports Illustrated iPad edition

3 Million iPads sold in 80 days
The success Apple are having with iPad is huge. Incredibly huge. Today they reported that they have sold 3 Million units in the first 80 days. As a reference it Apple 74 days to ship 1 Million units of the original iPhone, and approximately six months to reach 5 Million units. As a sidenote Apple also informed the market that they got 600 000 pre-orders for the iPhone 4 – in a single day. Amazing. Read the full press release after the jump.
Major iPad shortage
Yesterday CNN published a short story proving that Apple have some severe delivery problems when it comes to the new iPad. 50 out of 50 Apple stores had no 3G iPads in stock, 37 out of 50 stores had no WiFi or 3G ipads, and 13 out of 50 stores had a few WiFi ipads in stock. They produce and ship around 200 000 units per week (according to an analyst at RBC Capital Markets) and as soon as they hit the stores they are sold out.
