iPhone 4 – review
For the last few years we have got a new iPhone model each year and this year we got the iPhone 4. I have been using this model for almost a month now and I won’t spend several pages going through all the details since you most probably read a few iPhone 4 reviews already but I’ll go through the most important updates and share my personal view of the phone.
The best iPhone 4 review so far
There are iPhone 4 reviews, and there are IPHONE 4 REVIEWS. This got to be the most thorough review so far. It’s really, really good and they go through details such as how the display works in direct sunlight, how much signal loss you get by holding it with the ‘death grip’ and other interesting stuff. So even if you have read a bunch of reviews this one is worth spending a few minutes on.

Ars Technicas iPhone 4 review
Ars Technica published another great iPhone 4 review, with plenty of photos and videos along with a few benchmarks. A Great read if you want even more iPhone 4 information. If you just want to read their cons, here it is:
Here are the downsides to the iPhone 4: the glass on the front or back may break if you drop it, though that’s not a particularly new development in iPhone land. FaceTime chats only work with other iPhone 4 users for now, and may not work well if you try it at work. The HD video is generally not as good as what you can get from an HD Flip camera. The OS and native app situation is still quite locked-down under Apple’s sometimes-questionable policies. Finally, if you hold the phone funny, you may degrade your own call signal.

iLounges iPhone 4 review
Yeah, I know, lots of iPhone 4 postings the last few days – but it’s the most interesting gadget released on the market for quite some time. Here’s a nice 10 page review from iLounge and it’s a nice run-through of all the bells and whistles. It ain’t all good though since they gathered quite a big ‘cons’ list:
Cons: Smudge, scratch, and shatter issues await users who avoid cases. Antenna reception is more noticeably reduced under some conditions than on prior iPhones, particularly impeding cellular performance in certain indoor environments. Despite improved screen, user interface is only modestly improved from iPhone 3GS. Lowest capacity version feels cramped given video recording capabilities and release of high-resolution apps. High-resolution video output to monitors is confusingly limited; video calling is presently incompatible with even Appleās own iChat application. Data consumption due to higher-resolution screen is ill-suited to lowest-end limited data service plans. Sole U.S. cellular data provider AT&T continues to provide inconsistent and sometimes poor service.
