From the attic: Laserdisc
Laserdisc was a video format that was quite big in Asia in the 1980/1990′s. It was never a hit in Europe, and in USA 2% (roughly two million units) of the households had a Laserdisc player. Here’s a few shots of one of my old Laserdiscs (Star Wars) that I took today.
Star Wars in 3D
George Lucas has confirmed that they are working on getting all the original Star Wars episodes out in 3D versions. Actually, I’m not so excited about this news story. I would prefer they took all that time and effort into producing new movies instead (The conversion cost is between $50,000 and $100,000 per minute). What do you think?

Star Wars game for iPhone
In September you will be able to buy a really cool game in AppStore. The name of the game will be Star Wars: The Force Unleashed and CrunchGear scored a video of the game. Looks really neat, especially the way you can use the force. Check it out.
